QUAKER MEADOWS JUNIOR GOLF ACADEMY
2008 JUNIOR GOLFER APPLICATION

 

The focus of our program is on fun and to develop a child’s golf game so they can enjoy
the game the rest of their lives. Golf teaches great life skills such as honesty, integrity,
self-discipline and patience.

12-Week program includes: 24 golf lessons, six month Par 3 Membership, logo t-shirt & hat,
Supervision while on the course, Team and Individual Events, and Prizes.

This program is for junior golfers 6 -17 years old.

After completion of lessons, individual and team competitions will be conducted to provide a fun and competitive atmosphere.



Program Days: April 5th - June 25th , 2008
                          Saturdays & Wednesdays
                        

Starting Times: 11:00 AM Saturdays & 4:00 PM Wednesdays each week.
                           Approximate time each day is 1 1/2 hours.

Program Fee: $250
